We want your AE Pet Care order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order. Many orders qualify for free shipping — your total will be displayed before you complete payment.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The shipping cost (if any) will always be shown transparently at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–20 business days). Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped, but contact us as soon as possible if you spot an error and we'll do our best to help.
