We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your AE Pet Care purchase, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Returns

  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Items that do not match the product description
  • Unopened/unused items in original packaging

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@aepetcare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened dental care products cannot be returned unless defective. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return it.

Exchanges

Want a different product? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange within your 30-day window.
